Nurture your body, calm your mind, and connect with a supportive community of expectant mothers. This consecutive 4-week series is designed to support you through the physical and emotional transitions of pregnancy. Guided by experienced instruction focusing on functional movement, these sessions offer a safe, welcoming space to build resilience, release tension, and prepare your body and mind for birth.
Every session in this series is thoughtfully structured to support your changing body, integrating these key elements:
Functional Mobility: Gentle, targeted movements to stabilize the pelvis, relieve lower back pressure, and support your changing center of gravity.
Strength & Stability: Safe, intentional exercises to keep your hips, core, and upper body strong and resilient for pregnancy and parenthood.
Breath & Mindfulness: Calming breathwork and meditation designed to soothe the nervous system and serve as a practical, accessible tool for labor and delivery.
Community Connection: A welcoming, open space at the start and end of each class to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with other local moms-to-be.
Our Philosophy: Every pregnancy is unique. Every class emphasizes intuitive movement, listening to your body, and adjusting the practice to match exactly how you feel on any given day.

| Attendance Policy | To maintain the consistency of the group container, sessions must be taken consecutively; missed classes cannot be rolled over, credited, or refunded. |
| What to Bring | Comfortable layers, a water bottle, and a yoga mat (all supportive props are provided). |
