Galina

For the past 15 years, Galina has guided students through yoga, gradually shifting her focus toward functional movement, joint mobility, flexibility, and strength training.

Galina

She specializes in helping people—especially mature students—move with ease, stay strong, and maintain independence as they age.
Drawing from her background in Ashtanga Yoga, weight training, and extensive study of anatomy, Galina blends mindful mobility with practical strength work to support healthy joints, muscular stability, and confident daily movement. Her teaching style is educational and science-informed, integrating FRC®, ELDOA, and strength tools such as light weights, resistance bands, and Pilates props.

Galina’s classes often differ from traditional vinyasa, yet remain grounded in the principles of mind-body connection. She uses yoga asana to teach body awareness, movement mechanics, and mindful living beyond the mat. Her goal is to help students strengthen their bodies, sharpen neuromuscular coordination, and step out of their comfort zones—both in practice and in life.

Laura

Laura brings grounding wisdom wrapped in heat, energy, and powerful movement. She found yoga in 2014 as a new mom searching for health and stillness — but what she discovered was a deeper transformation. Yoga made her stronger, more resilient, and more open to the life she was creating.

Jackie

Jackie’s yoga journey began in her 20s and reignited in 2010. A nurse drawn to helping others, she obtained her 500 hr AYT and Kundalini certifications in 2019/2020. She loves teaching vinyasa flow, ashtanga/Hatha, and Kundalini. Off the mat, you’ll find her in the garden or hiking.

Jackie

Jackie first began her yoga journey in her early 20’s, but then life happened. She reunited with the practice in 2010 when that old flame came back to life in an “oh there you are” moment. As her personal practice progressed, so did her need to grow and share with others what yoga has to offer. As a nurse, Jackie has always been drawn to helping others. Teaching yoga was on her mind and while contemplating how to make this happen, the universe found a way to lead her on this path. Through 2019/2020 Jackie obtained her 500 hr AYT certification and Kundalini certification.

Jackie loves teaching vinyasa flow in the ashtanga/Hatha styles and moving meditations (kundalini) noting there is something so special about movement with flow and breath, stretch, and strength. As your guide on the mat, Jackie hopes for you to find release and joy through movement & breath, teaching to all levels.

When not on the mat, you will find her in the garden or hiking in the woods. “Whatever makes you feel sunshine from the inside out, follow that.” Sat Nam

Michelle D

Michelle discovered yoga in 2012. What started as a weekly yoga class to unwind from the stress of her 40+ hour work week quickly became a passion. Michelle found she is always able to become grounded and find balance, regardless of what’s going on in her life, when she is on her mat. She was inspired to complete her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training while attending a yoga retreat when she was backpacking though Thailand in 2017. Travelling being another passion of Michelle’s. She signed up for a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Zenergy Yoga, empowered by All You Can Yoga as soon as she returned home. Finishing in May of 2019, trained in Vinyasa and still thirsty for more knowledge, Michelle decided to explore further by completing a 50 Hour Yin Yoga training with Happy Jack Yoga in September of 2019. These two trainings’ have allowed Michelle to explore the benefits of each very different style and incorporate both into her own practice as well as her teaching. She looks forward to sharing this knowledge with you in class.

Michelle L
