An invitation to release what the body has been holding and create room for fresh energy to move. Through assisted stretching, gentle pressure, and mindful touch, this experience supports grounding, circulation, and a sense of spaciousness—physically and energetically.


Thai Yoga Massage is a fully clothed, floor-based practice often described as “lazy yoga.” The practitioner uses hands, thumbs, forearms, elbows, knees, and gentle body weight to guide you through rhythmic compressions, joint mobilizations, and yoga-like stretches. Working along traditional energy lines, the session helps ease tension, improve mobility, and restore a balanced flow of energy.


Expect a deeply relaxing yet subtly energizing experience—one that nurtures the nervous system, supports joint health, and leaves you feeling open, supported, and reconnected to your body.
