This deeply nurturing class is designed to help you slow down, soften, and fully restore your nervous system.
You’ll be guided into a series of supported restorative yoga poses, using bolsters, blankets, and props to allow the body to relax completely without effort. Poses are held for longer periods, encouraging deep release, improved circulation, and gentle unwinding of tension.
During the practice, Reiki energy is offered to support balance, relaxation, and a sense of calm on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that works harmoniously alongside restorative yoga, enhancing the feeling of ease and grounding.

No yoga experience required. Come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
