In this class, you’ll settle into each posture for 2–5 minutes (or longer), allowing your muscles to relax so the stretch can gently target deeper connective tissues. Yin Yoga supports joint health, improves flexibility, and nurtures a deep sense of stillness.
Suitable for all levels — a perfect complement to more active practices.
