The Side Door Method™ 200-Hour Yoga & Movement Teacher Training combines traditional yoga wisdom with modern movement science, preparing you to confidently teach today's students.

Bookings are available up to 15 minutes before class. Please make your way to class 5-10 minutes before start.


Cancellations can be made without using up a Punch Pass up to 2 hours before start of class. You may still cancel your class after that window but a Punch Pass will be debited from your account.
