Immerse yourself in the passive postures of Yin Yoga, targeting the bodies deep connective tissues, such as the fascia, ligaments, and joints while being guided on a sensory journey of awareness through the different layers of "self". With the use of props and breathing techniques this unique fusion of both Yin and Yoga Nidra is sure to leave you feeling relaxed and with clarity of the mind.

Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures. Yoga Nidra is suitable to all levels of students and is an added bonus to this class when combined with Yin.
